At the moment, shipping times may be a bit longer than usual, especially outside of the UK. International orders can take up to 20 business days to be delivered (depending on the country).

I am a very small business and not VAT registered, so I can not be responsible for any import charges that you may occur on receipt of your parcel. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note I am unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. 

Returns

I always endeavor to make sure customers are happy with their orders! But if an item has been damaged or you have changed you’re mind, please do get in touch and I am happy to issue a refund or exchange, provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Please get in touch within 7 days of your item's delivery to discuss a refund - items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.

Please note, postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. If you change your mind about the product then you will have to pay for the return postage and you will receive a full refund of your original purchase. If you notice that your order is damaged, please contact me within the first few days after receiving the parcel.
